Jens Bech was formerly Group Commercial Director and Chief Risk Officer at OSB Group, where he played a central role in the group’s IPO, funding strategy, M&A activity, specialist lending platforms and capital markets development.
Earlier roles included senior positions at HM Treasury’s Asset Protection Agency and Oliver Wyman. Experience includes regulated bank boards, listed-company governance, securitisation, wholesale funding, loan acquisitions and disposals, M&A integration, risk management and investor engagement.
